3-5 Month Reservations

$865 (summer) or $1260 (winter) per month + metered electricity.

AAA, CAA, AARP,Military, Good Sam, FQQC, Passport America.
*Discounts must be requested during the reservation process. Proof required at check in.
*Select discounts may not be available during peak season (Dec 1- Mar 31), select holiday & race weekends. Discounts only available on daily rates. Contact us for details.

Prices quoted are for 1 RV, 1 automobile and no more than 2 adults per site. Extra person (adult) is $6.00 per night.

There is no extra charge for children. All RV residents & guests must register upon arrival.

All stays less than 6 months are subject to Florida sales tax.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to the reserved arrival date to receive a refund less the cancellation fee. There is a cancellation fee of $10.00 for reservations under a month. Reservations over a month are subject to a $125 cancellation fee.
There are no refunds of deposits for reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to the reserved arrival date.
Deposits less than 1 week are the equivalent to 1 night stay.
There is a $75.00 deposit for reservations less than a 1 month stay.
There is a $250.00 deposit for reservations of 1 month or more.
There are no refunds or credits for early departures.

PET POLICY
Boardwalk is a pet friendly Resort however, if you are traveling with your pet(s) proof of vaccination must be presented at check-in. Vaccinations must be current.
Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed in the playground area.
