How to Find Us:
We’re conveniently located in Homestead, Florida, gateway to the Florida Keys – the southernmost stretch of the United States. In fact, we’re so far south you’ll have to drive north to get to Miami!
Key Largo is about 20 minutes further south, the Everglades about 30 minutes west and Biscayne Bay – a favorite launching site for fishermen – is closer yet.
Being just one block east of U.S. 1 – on lightly traveled NE 6th Avenue – we’re easily accessible. Check out directions on the Location page.
Should you feel the urge to explore, just jump back on U.S. 1. It will take you straight down to the Keys or up to Miami. If you’d prefer not to drive, bus service – all the way down to Key West – is both convenient and reasonably priced.
Dubbed the ‘Fishing Capital of the United States,’ this corner of Florida definitely validates that accolade. And besides great fishing, the area offers emerald golf courses, white sand beaches and a treasure trove of natural wonders.

…comprised of 137 RV sites and several ‘overflow’ sites for special events and seasons of peak traffic. For those wanting a more permanent vacation getaway, we also have – in a separate area – 171 manufactured home sites.
We boast a variety of amenities, including:
The Pavilion (community center): This spacious air conditioned building features panoramic views, ceramic tile floors, restrooms and a functional service kitchen for dinners, parties, etc. The pavilion is equipped with tables and chairs for 100+ guests, plus adjoining poolside patio facilities.
Billiard Room & Library: In a separate room within the Pavilion, you’ll find two tournament quality pool tables and a small ‘rotating’ library, where guests can share their favorite books.
Heated Swimming Pool: Next to the Pavilion is our professionally maintained pool. At 84 degrees, it’s comfortable year-round and is plenty large enough to swim laps. Tables, chairs and lounges offer the choice of sunbathing or snoozing in the shade. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic and make a day of it. And what better way to enjoy a sunny day in Florida?! And, of course, it’s always a fine place to throw a party.
Have more of a bent for competitive exercise? Then you’ll like our sand volleyball / bocce ball court, shuffleboard courts or our grass horseshoe arena, complete with sand pits.
And for those in a more ‘solo’ frame of mind, you can grab a good workout in our well-equipped fitness facility.
And whatever you’re doing, you can always jump under our outdoor shower for a quick cool-off.
Other Amenities:
Sprinkled throughout the park are BBQ stands (activity area only), picnic tables and rubbish cans. And, centrally located, you’ll find a grassy playground for children.
Our ceramic tile washrooms and showers are kept sparkling clean, as is our conveniently located laundry facility.
Whatever the order of the day - relaxation, exercise or plain old everyday chores - you’ll find it convenient and easy to achieve.
